Overview

These terms and conditions apply to anyone who starts a course in the Business of Entertainment certificate program offered by Columbia Business School, Bloomberg.com, and Morgan Stanley Global Sports and Entertainment. These terms and conditions are a contract between you (student) and P Two Publishers Inc.

These courses are powered and produced by P Two Publishers Inc. (35 Manor House Drive, Dobbs Ferry, NY 10522-2515.) under the brand name “Business of Entertainment.”

Terms of Use

The website p2.education is owned and operated by P Two Publishers Inc. and offers certificate programs in partnership with Columbia Business School, Bloomberg.com, and Morgan Stanley Global Sports and Entertainment under the brand name “Business of Entertainment.” The company and its partners will be referred to in this document as “P Two Publishers.” (“we”, “us”, “our”, “ours”, “course”, “certificate”)

All intellectual property rights, including copyright in all content and communication belongs to P Two Publishers. By reading the Terms of Use you are agreeing that the content and property of P Two Publishers cannot be copied, reproduced, modified, stored, redistributed or exploited commercially in any way without permission from P Two Publishers.

Terms of Use for the Website

P Two Publishers may change the content, which includes prices, special offers, and content at any time. We do not provide a warranty or guarantee of its accuracy, completeness, suitability, timeliness or performance of information or content in the website. If there are errors in the information provided in the content of the website we expressly exclude liability for these inaccuracies, to the fullest extent that the law permits.

You can use any of the information or content at your own risk for which P Two Publishers will not be liable. It will be your responsibility to ensure that any products you purchase are suitable to your current requirements.

All materials, which include copy, content, images, videos, layout, graphics, design, typography, and appearance belong to P Two Publishers.

Any breach of these terms may result in a criminal offense being committed.

This website contains links to other websites and these links are provided to enable the user a convenient way to access additional information. P Two Publishers does not take responsibility for the accuracy or actions of these external websites nor their producers.

Definition of Online Course

Business of Entertainment is a three-topic sequence, completed online with no live instructor interaction at the student’s own pace. Students receive a certificate of completion upon meeting the requirements of all three topics.

Students may complete the topics in any order. Students will have one year of access to the course from the date of registration.

 

Prerequisites

P Two Publishers is accessible by internet web browser and presented in English through text, videos, and interactive forms. Students must meet the following requirements:

  • Possess a reasonable competence in English reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
  • Possess a reasonable competence in the use of computers, web browsers, and internet forms.
  • Have access to a computer, tablet, or cell phone web browser with internet bandwidth sufficient to reliably deliver streaming video.

By registering to take a P Two Publishers course, we assume the student satisfies the above requirements and has a competent level of English and computer literacy. The student, by registering, takes full responsibility in determining whether the course is suitable for his or her abilities and access to tools and equipment. P Two Publishers takes no responsibility if the student is unable to complete and pass the courses.

How to Register

Registration can be made online on our website p2.education. The person who registers must be at least 18 years old and, by providing payment information, accepts the terms and conditions. You are also responsible for the accuracy of your personal details.

You are required to use a credit or debit card account, or use funds from your PayPal account, to submit payment. Once your registration has been accepted you will receive an invoice within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Once that invoice has been generated a contract exists between you and P Two Publishers and all terms and conditions apply. Please review the invoice and advise us of any changes to your personal or payment information.

Once P Two Publishers has received your registration and payment, we will send you a user name and password to access the course or full certificate program for which you have registered.

Prices

All prices displayed on our website are correct at the time of registration. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. We also reserve the right to offer discounts and payment waivers at our discretion. Please check our website for up-to-date prices and special offers before you register.

Cancelation

Students may cancel registration and receive a full refund for any reason within fourteen days of the registration date. After fourteen days, P Two Publishers reserves the right to make decisions about full or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Time period for completion

Students have one year of access following the registration date to complete the certificate. P Two Publishers is not obligated to issue a certificate or extend this time period if a student does not complete the course requirements.

Course and Certificate Requirements

To earn the certificate, students must complete the following:

  1. View all in-course videos
  2. Submit a response for each of the submission activities (ungraded)

Once students have completed all items for the entire program, they may request a certificate by clicking the link on the series overview page. The certificate will be sent in PDF format along with their activity journal.

System Maintenance and Upgrades

P Two Publishers will make every effort to address site outages and resolve system functionality issues. If the P Two Publishers certificate website ceases to operate permanently, P Two Publishers will issue full refunds to all students with active registrations.

Limits of Liability

P Two Publishers Inc. does not accept any liability for any loss or additional expense caused by delay or disruption to travel services, weather conditions, civil disturbance, industrial action, strikes, wars, floods, sickness or force majeure. Such losses or additional expenses are your responsibility. Force majeure represents unusual or unforeseeable circumstances, which include: war, terrorist activities, riots, natural disasters or nuclear disasters such as fire, flood or adverse weather conditions.

Complaints

If at any time, you are unhappy with the Social Video pro service then please contact us immediately at hello@markg326.sg-host.com. We will respond promptly, but no more than 30 days after receipt of your message.

Accuracy of Marketing Materials

P Two Publishers makes every effort to make sure marketing materials on our website and published on our social media channels are accurate and up to date. We take no responsibility for any information that is deemed incorrect and we will do our best to inform you of any changes to the course. We reserve the right to change information on our website at any time.

Third Party Rights

Any person that has no connection to the course shall have no rights in the contract.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

P Two Publishers reserves the right to change any of these conditions at any time we deem necessary to reflect current market and economic conditions.

Severance

If any party finds any of the terms and conditions in this document to be deemed illegal, invalid or unenforceable then these parts will be deleted while the other parts of the terms and conditions will be deemed valid.

Course Credentials

The Course and the relevant login details are solely for registered students. Another party cannot use these details.

Privacy

P Two Publishers uses your personal information and payment information in a manner consistent with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy at any time we deem necessary, and we will promptly notify all of our registered users of these changes.
