How to get my certificate

It’s time for you to be recognized for all of your hard work in this course. Once you have finished all of the lessons and activities, you can download a certificate of completion from the Columbia Business School. You should see a list of your completed certificates nearby. You will also receive a copy of your certificate by email.

Troubleshooting tips

I don’t see the download link

• If the certificate download link reads “Complete courses to earn certificates,” then you haven’t marked all of the topics and lessons complete.
• Go to My Account to review which ones you haven’t checked off.
• Use the “Mark Complete” button at the bottom of the topic or lesson page to show that you’ve finished that step.

My name isn’t spelled correctly

Go to My Account and choose “Edit My Profile” to correct problems with your name
